Prescription Drugs

Pharmacy Transition
For Personify and Centivo plan members, CerpassRx is now known as LucyRx. The name has changed, but your prescription services and coverage remain the same:
Specialty medications through a LucyRx retail pharmacy or mail service.
Access to the Prescription Optimization Program (POP) for the lowest costs available for high-cost medications.

Before You Venture Into 2027

Open Enrollment is passive, so most of your current benefits will automatically follow you into 2027. But before you trek through enrollment, there are a few benefits you’ll need to actively review or reselect.

Do I Need to Enroll?

Even if most of your benefits are set to roll over, it’s worth exploring the benefits and programs that may fit your needs in the new year.

Log in to Workday during Open Enrollment (October 26 – November 6, 2026) to:

Check your current benefit elections and make any needed changes.
✓
Enroll in the FSA or HSA for 2027. These will not automatically roll over.
✓
Add or remove health coverage for you or your dependents. Submit documents by December 12, 2026, if you’re adding a spouse or child(ren) to your coverage for the first time.
✓
Review your beneficiary information. Designating a beneficiary for life insurance is necessary to ensure your loved ones receive the benefit.

Adding a Dependent to Your Plan? Don’t Miss This Step!

If you add a dependent, you are required to submit documentation, like a marriage certificate or birth certificate, via Workday or email at EnsignHR@ensignservices.net, to confirm their eligibility. If documents are not submitted by December 12, 2026, the dependent will not be added to your coverage.

Explore your options.

Map out your enrollment selections.

Once you’ve reviewed your choices and made decisions, enroll by November 6, 2026 in Workday.
  • Online: Log in to Workday online or through the app using your Workday employee ID (on your paycheck stub). Find the enrollment task in your inbox or click the Open Enrollment announcement on the home page.
  • Phone: If you need extra support, reach out to the HR Services Support Center at 888-659-3616 (weekdays, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT during OE).

Enroll early! Wait times for HR Services support can be long at the end of the Open Enrollment period.

Don’t forget the paperwork.

Adding new dependents? Upload your verification documents (like a marriage or birth certificate) to Workday or email EnsignHR@ensignservices.net by December 12, 2026. If you don’t, your dependents will not have coverage effective January 1, 2027.

Double check your beneficiaries.

You’ll be required to designate beneficiaries in Workday for all employee life insurance plans. For designating 401(k) beneficiaries, visit netbenefits.com.

Submit to save your selections.

Once you finish enrolling, review and confirm your elections by checking the “I Agree” box below the Legal Notice, then click SUBMIT. You can save a PDF summary of what was submitted for your records. Be on the lookout for your benefits confirmation statement which will be mailed to you in late November.

Relax! You’ve completed your benefits adventure!

Your benefit elections will go into effect January 1, 2027.
